Plus, superpowers aren't the only way that cats can be affected by moonlight. Hazel soon suspects that the new neighbor cat may just turn into something sinister and scary at night... But will her friends believe her, or will she have to solve the mystery on her own while recovering from an encounter with some not-so-friendly new neighborhood predators?
